Teledyne Leeman Labs is pleased to announce the introduction of a new mercury analyzer for emissions monitoring, the Hydra-C Appendix K
The EPA clean air mercury rule requires coal fired power generation facilities to monitor mercury emissions on a continuous basis. This can be achieved either through the installation of continuous emission monitors (CEM) or by the use of sorbent trap technology, where emitted mercury is trapped on a sorbent material and analyzed by a suitable method. (Appendix K)
The new Hydra-C Appendix K system has been designed to be compliant with CFR40, Part 75, Appendix K (Sorbent trap analysis method). |
